MEET THE 2026 WOMEN OF INSPIRATION

JADE-LI ENGLISH

Head of Women’s Basketball | KLUTCH Sports Group

Jade-Li English has helped reshape the representation of women’s basketball as the leader behind KLUTCH Sports Group’s first-ever women’s basketball division, which she built from the ground up. Through her work, English has brought greater investment and storytelling to women athletes while building a reputation as a trusted agent and advocate within the industry.

Her roster includes WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson, four-time All-Star Chelsea Gray, Las Vegas Aces’ Jewell Loyd and Dallas Wings’ Allisha Gray, all of whom followed English to KLUTCH. Beyond athlete representation, she has been an outspoken advocate for gender equity in sports, including using NIL to advance the conversation around equality. Her work reflects her commitment to creating new norms and helping build a future where the next generation of women athletes has greater opportunity and investment.

JENNIFER PRINCE

Chief Commercial Officer | Los Angeles Rams

Jennifer Prince is Chief Commercial Officer of the Los Angeles Rams, overseeing the organization’s business partnerships across sales, activation and strategy, as well as commercialization of the Rams’ media business. Through strategic cross-functional leadership, she has contributed to the continued growth of the Rams’ business and brand.

Prior to joining the Rams, Prince spent more than eight years at Twitter, where she served as Global Vice President and Head of Content Partnerships and Managing Director of Global Media & Entertainment Partnerships. She previously held leadership roles at Google, YouTube and Demand Media and currently serves on the boards of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and Sugar23.

KATHRYN SCHLOESSMAN

President & CEO | Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission; CEO, Los Angeles Super Bowl LXI Host Committee

Kathryn Schloessman is President & CEO of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC), the nonprofit organization officially designated to attract and support high-profile sports and entertainment events in Los Angeles. She leads LASEC’s strategic efforts to bring the world’s most sought-after events to the region and ensure their impact extends beyond the event itself.

Under Schloessman’s leadership, Los Angeles has been awarded major events including Super Bowl LVI, MLB All-Star Week, the College Football Playoff National Championship, U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open championships, NBA All-Star Weekend and the FIFA World Cup 26 Los Angeles. LASEC and Schloessman also lead the Super Bowl LXI Host Committees and continue to support preparations for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

NATASHA WATLEY

2x Olympian, Broadcaster, and Founder of Natasha Watley Foundation

Natasha Watley is a two–time Olympic Medalist, three-time World Champion, and the driving force behind the Natasha Watley Foundation, a community service nonprofit dedicated to introducing softball to the girls of the nation’s inner cities. More than simply teaching young women how to play the sport, her organization provides a positive alternative to the daily struggles faced by many girls in low-income households.

A four-time All-American and UCLA Athletics Hall of Famer, Watley led the Bruins to four straight Women’s College World Series appearances and the 2003 NCAA Division I Softball Championship. She won Olympic gold with Team USA in 2004 and silver in 2008 before continuing her professional career with USSSA Pride and in Japan, where she spent eight years and won five championships with the Toyota Women’s Softball Team. Today, Watley serves as a consultant for Team Toyota, MLB Softball Ambassador, television softball analyst and AUSL advisor.
