Kirk Souder / Leadership Impact Coach
Kirk is co-founder of enso, whose mission is to create a positive impact at scale. Enso does this through cultural initiatives with visionary brands, and through impact coaching with visionary leaders. Kirk works with leaders to discover, develop, and actualize their greatest possibility in authentic leadership, purpose, and impact. He is a pioneer in purpose-mindset workshop design and has led these workshops in Los Angeles, New York, with Boards of Directors and entire product design divisions of Fortune 500 companies.
Kirk’s background is distinct from many leadership coaches with vast business experience prior to his deep education and training in professional coaching. Kirk’s business leadership spans 25 years of successful enterprises. He’s held roles as Chief Creative Officer and President/CEO of 400+ people agencies, and founder of vanguard creative shops. He’s built award-winning cultures in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Shanghai. To answer a calling to awaken more leaders to their own potential for impact, Kirk returned to grad school for a master’s degree in the coaching methodology of spiritual psychology and added extensive professional coaching training in inner-technologies like Three Principles and Success Intelligence. Kirk is a certified graduate of the University of Santa Monica’s Soul-Centered Coaching Program.
Kirk volunteers as a counselor in a maximum-security women's prison workshop called Freedom to Choose, and counts his five-year cancer journey, starting with a terminal prognosis at the age of 18, as the single greatest lesson source for his coaching. It connected Kirk with life’s most powerful forcing function of purpose: one's own mortality, and with the reality of our true nature from which all possibilities can spring and be made real. He is co-author of the book, “The Soul Purpose Method”.
