WISE Los Angeles Celebrates 20 Years of Impact

Los Angeles, Calif. — Women in Sports and Events Los Angeles (WISE LA) is proud to announce the celebration of its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of empowering and elevating women across the sports and events industries.

WISE LA has unveiled a 20th Anniversary specialty logo, a commemorative mark that honors the chapter’s history while reflecting its vision for the future. The logo will be featured throughout the year on social media, anniversary programming and other celebratory touchpoints.

Since 2005, WISE LA has connected, supported and advanced women leaders, building a vibrant community that champions equity and opportunity.  As the chapter enters this milestone year, WISE LA is launching a 12-week social media campaign themed “20 Years of Impact: Honoring Our Past, Inspiring Our Future.”  The campaign will highlight the chapter’s history, honor the people who shaped its growth, and look ahead to the future through:

• Heritage & History: Throwback series showcasing memorable moments and milestones since 2005.

• Faces of WISE LA: Features on founders, past and current board leaders and Women of Inspiration honorees.

• Community Engagement: Opportunities for members and alumni to share their stories, photos, and memories.

• Event Spotlights: Leading up to the annual Women of Inspiration (WOI) celebration.

Later this week, nominations will open for Women of Inspiration, WISE LA’s signature recognition program honoring leaders who have made lasting contributions to the industry. The event itself will serve as the culminating celebration of WISE LA’s 20th year.
